Can I cancel my pre-order?Updated 3 months ago

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been confirmed for shipment. 


Simply follow the cancellation link in your Purple Dot pre-order confirmation email or log in to the pre-order self-serve portal. You can click ‘Cancel’ next to specific items or select ‘Cancel pre-order’ to cancel the whole order. 


You will receive an email confirming the refund and should see the money back in your account in 3-5 business days.


If you have received an email from Purple Dot to confirm that your “pre-order is ready for shipment”, the order cannot be cancelled unfortunately. If you no longer require this item, you will need to return it as per our usual returns process.
