Australian customers can return full-priced products for free if you choose to exchange for a new size. Returned items must meet our general return policy criteria. See here for full details.
Items can only be returned for a size exchange of the same product. If you would like to exchange for a different style, colour, or item of higher value, please choose Store Credit or Refund where eligible and you can put this towards your new order once your return is processed.
Sale Items are not eligible for free return shipping.

You will receive an email containing your Auspost shipping label and return instructions once submitted.
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, your exchange order should be finalised within 5 business days. You will receive email confirmations upon completion.
As stock cannot be held while your return parcel is in transit, your requested exchange size may become unavailable during this time. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise and offer an alternative or credit.
International customers
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free exchanges or free return shipping to international customers. The quickest way to secure your preferred size is to place a new order online. You can then return your unwanted item/s for a refund, as per our returns policy.
