If you have returned your order through one of our tracked services such as Australia Post or SEKO, you’ll receive a notification that your order has been delivered.
If you are from an international region that requires you to organise your own return, we recommend choosing a parcel tracked service so that you can follow the return back to our warehouse.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse it usually takes up to 5-7 business days for Australian customers and 7-10 business days for International customers’ returns to be processed.
