What do I do if an item is missing from my order?Updated 14 hours ago

If you've ordered multiple items, these may be sourced from different locations and shipped separately. In these cases, you will receive unique tracking links for each shipment so keep an eye on your inbox for these. 

You will only be charged one shipping fee by Rolla's Jeans per online order (where applicable). Import tax or customs fees may still be charged by your local agency per parcel.  

If an item cannot be shipped due to a stock discrepancy or other issue, we will refund this for you as soon as possible. 

Please get in touch with us here if:

a.) you have not received a shipping confirmation for all your items more than 3 business days after placing your order, or

b.) you've received full shipping confirmations but there are still item/s missing from your deliveries
