When will my pre-order item be shipped?Updated a year ago

The estimated delivery time frame will be displayed on each pre-order product page. 

Once the pre-order items have arrived at our warehouse and we can fulfill your order, you will receive another confirmation email so you can track delivery to your door. 

If there is any delay with your order shipment, Purple Dot will trigger an automatic email with the updated shipping date. You can also check on the estimated shipping date via the pre-order self-serve portal at any time.
