How do I return my order?Updated 18 hours ago

If you purchased online, please visit the below page to submit your return via the relevant online portal and send your order back to our returns address: https://abrandjeans.com/au/pages/returns


Simply enter your full order number (eg. ABRANDAA-12345) and linked email address to get started. Once submitted, you will be emailed your return label and/or return shipping instructions. 

NB: You do not need to log in to our online account to submit a return


We will email you to confirm when your return has been received and approved for processing. This will usually happen within seven (7)  business days of delivery, however, delays may occur during high order volume times. 


As we cannot process your refund before your items have been delivered and inspected, we recommend keeping a record of your parcel tracking information for peace of mind.


Order Shipping Costs

Original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, please contact our Customer Support Team and we will endeavour to assist you prior to any return.


Return Shipping Costs

Within Australia, change of mind returns can be sent back to our Online Warehouse for a flat fee of $12 AUD. Size exchange requests on full price items can be returned for FREE.
