How do I return my order?Updated 5 months ago

You're welcome to a refund if your full-priced returned item/s:

  • are in brand new and unworn condition
  • have all original tags attached
  • are returned to our Australian warehouse within 30 days of receipt

*Items marked as SALE can be returned for a change of mind store credit or exchange only
Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for store credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.


To initiate a return:

  • please ensure your items meet the criteria stated above
  • complete our online returns form to receive your return instructions and label, if eligible
  • post your item/s back (feel free to re-use our postage satchel, ensuring all previous shipping labels are removed or completely covered).

*Abrand Jeans does not cover return postage for store credit, refund requests or international returns.


What happens next?

Once your return has been delivered, our warehouse team will inspect and approve your return item/s, as per the above criteria, within 2 business days

Your outcome will be processed within 5 business days and you will be notified via email once this has been completed

NB: We are unable to refund you until your item/s have been physically received, so would recommend choosing a tracked postal service for your peace of mind.
